Well, here it is — my first ever attempt at blogging.  My intention is to share my thoughts and maybe spur some thoughts by those who read this.  Ultimately, I want this arena to be one of growth in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I don’t have a particular schedule in mind right now, so the posts will be occasional, at least at first.  I hope my primary audience will be the congregation of First Baptist Church, Dunkerton, Iowa, along with family and the few close friends I think I have. 

If you have any suggestions, please let me know what they are.  Remember, I’ve never tried anything like this before, so I would appreciate any and all the help I can get along the way.  So, here we go . . .
